THE VOW FROM HIROSHIMA is the first documentary by Susan Strickler. It won the Audience Award at the Ojai Film Festival and BEST FEMALE DOCUMENTARY FILMMAKER at the Reading FilmFest. In North America, THE VOW is being screened in high schools, colleges and community organizations. In Japan, it appeared on Wowow Channel and had a theatrical release in over 19 cities. Prior to THE VOW, Susan directed television, winning a DGA Best Director Award and a Daytime Emmy Award.
