COVID Information
We are working closely with the Austrian Red Cross to develop Covid protocols that will help ensure that the ICAN Nuclear Ban Forum is as safe a space as possible for all of our participants, and in particular the most vulnerable among our communities. Please find our COVID-19 protocols here.
On page 28-30 of the guide, you will find more information about the safety measures and COVID restrictions for entry into Austria and those that will apply throughout the Nuclear Ban Week Vienna at the different events.
Many restrictions have been loosened throughout the spring. However, they may tighten before we start, so please watch this space.
FFP-2 masks are still required to wear in public transportation and at stops and stations. Additionally in supermarkets, drug stores, filling stations, banks, tobacco shops, doctors’ practices and healthcare facilities.
The 3-G rule (vaccinated/recovered/tested) is no longer mandatory for restaurants, bars and events. Though stricter rules can be applied by organizers.
