Yoshio Nagaoka is Chairman of Association of Atomic Bomb Microcephaly Sufferers and Their Families. He is a second-generation survivor born in 1949, 4 years after the atomic bombing in Hiroshima. His 76 year-old brother is an atomic bomb microcephaly sufferer. He was exposed to radiation while in his mother’s womb. At the time of bombing, his mother was at 900 meters away from the hypocenter.
