Yukino Yamaguchi
Born and raised in Nagasaki, Japan, Yukino joined the Peace Study Club at Kwassui High School in 2006. She was selected as a Youth Peace Ambassador from 2007 to 2008. During her term, Yukino was actively involved in the The 10,000 High School Students Signatures Campaign, and also had an opportunity to visited Oslo with her fellow peace ambassadors. In the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, she was one of the Nagasaki torchbearers sending messages of peace. Currently a member of "KNOW NUKES TOKYO", a group of youth working for the abolition of nuclear weapons. Yukino has been actively involved in organizing various youth events. In March, KNT hosted the Model TPNW MSP at which she served as one of the chairpersons.
